Shambling Undead Horde

This is based on various fantasy books and films where a huge army of skeletons are produced by dark magic eg Army of Darkness.
As such an army will be mainly skeletons. Skeletons and lots of them.
The individual units are not particularly dangerous but they are resilient and relentless.
Everything about this army hinges on the necromancers who control the undead horde like thousands of puppets.
Leaders are necromancers in some sort of better unit.
Each necromancer has a limit of units he can control.
Necromancers are never detached.
In their activation a necromancer may optionally do something instead of moving. Where not otherwise noted the effect lasts for that bound only. Undead

Undead count as highly disciplined for tests but can only move once in an activation unless a necromancer moves them.
If charged by any unit which does not have at least 1 Impetus at the time combat would be fought the unit must pass a discipline test or fight at -1.

Sacrificial Altar

Max one per necromancer. The necromancer can (literally) sacrifice this to get an extra whatever in that activation.

Undead Cathedral

Baggage can be upgraded to an undead cathedral.
A necromancer in contact with the cathedral can raise an (extra) unit of skeletons per turn on the flank of their unit or touching the cathedral.
